This week it’s prices shooting at BMW. With a whole palette of upcoming models is Munich testing in the cold north. Between there´s also the new BMW 1-series and we could get closer than ever. It can’t scharper!
It may be the zoom lens of the camera but it seems that the new 1-series grew significantly. Visually, the second generation is an evolution of its predecessor mixed with modern, more soft lines of BMW's current design language. The program of the 1-Series contains several gasoline engines and diesels: from a efficient 1.4 to a powerful 3.0 liter. Turbos are most certainly on the list, but an M version of the 1-Series (Hatchback) is out of the question again. Instead, we are expecting a hybrid! xDrive (AWD) may also be offered, but nothing is official as of yet.
