the makeover of the Opel Antara will bring it in line with its sister model from the U.S., the Chevrolet Captiva, or Australia, the Holden Captiva. But in fact it won’t and we have the pictures that prove it. Instead, the updated Antara will receive slightly modified front and rear bumpers which will make the SUV look tamer and less 4x4-like.
The new model will also receive new taillights, but all the rest of the car’s exterior will be left untouched. We reckon interior will be given a small makeover, too, but engines are said to be the same for the rest of the Antara’s life. Expect the facelift to be presented yet in 2010 and hit dealers in early 2011.
