Snapped on the company’s all-new test facilities in Belgium, these are the world’s first images of the new Toyota Auris, likely to debut some time in late 2012 or early 2013.
There's nog much known yet about the chassis and engines of the new Toyota Auris, but our picture clearly prove the car is going to grow significantly in all dimensions. While this will increase leg-room for both, front and rear passengers, it’s the boot that benefits most of that growth.
Engines
We expect four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines in the 100- to 180-hp range plus the 136 hp petrol-hybrid from today’s model and – all-new – a pure electric version including a petrol range extender.
