Another successful night-shift for our shooters who caught this prototype of a Skoda Fabia Facelift a good two hours after midnight. While we believe the interior will be left basically unchanged, exterior modifications are clearly visible.
These contain a slimmer chrome bar above the actual grille, a sleeker front bumper with new fog lamps and narrower headlights with a new layout inside the lamp units. Side panels and the entire rear of the Fabia appear to be left untouched.
Engines
Under the bonnet we expect to see the currently offered 1.2-, 1.4- and 1.6-litre petrol engines with 60, 70, 86 and 105 hp respectively plus TDIs with 1.4 and 1.9 litres and outputs between 70 and 105 hp. Skoda’s new 1.4-litre 80-hp GreenLine version will be available again, too.
