After launching the 10-Zylinder Version with 525hp Audi is working on a Clubsport version. Rumours say it´ll be around 50 kilos lighter, only rear-wheel drive, manual gearing and bit more power. After earlier spyshots of the R8 Clubsport we can now show you very nice ones.
The changes on the outside are just a few more spoilers and flaps on the front and side and a huge wing on the tail of the new racer. Also the diffusor down between the pipes has grown a little bit.
It could be presented on the Essen Motor Show in late November 2009 and be on sale in the first quarter of 2010.
