With the Mercedes F800 Style and F700 Concept as examples the next generation S-Class includes their design features as innovative techniques. Many electronics should therefore be tested under the most extreme conditions. In the region where S is currently located it’s at least 30 degrees below zero. That is certainly an attack on the electronic systems, even their only ‘ones and zeros’.
Plug-in hybrid The engines must also be very reliable. Again will the range include different CDI and GDI engines. A plug-in hybrid is also under construction and of course there will be AMG versions. As part of downsizing, however, we do not conclude that the S 65 AMG gets a V12.
