Although (Las Vegas) Metro Police and the Luxor aren´t talking about the vehicle that caused the Luxor´s parking structure to be evacuated and temporarily closed late Saturday night, we have the scoop from inside sources!
Metro Police responded to a “suspicious vehicle” call around 9:20PM, and in response, the parking structure was closed to all vehicles, as well as to pedestrians, from 9:30 to nearly 11PM.

Fortunately there were no explosives found, only this Mini Cooper S Countryman with European license plates, and a “suspicious” cooler strapped in with what appears to be Arabic writing .
Commotion
As for Mini – we're not ever sure they're aware of the commotion this has caused yet. Currently, the car has been “booted” by Luxor's security, and a note was left on the windshield with instructions to contact the hotel's security department.
Mini should be pleased that more aggressive measures weren't taken by Metro's Bomb Squad!
