During the last several months we´ve seen Mercedes testing updated versions of the regular C Class sedan and the C class wagon. It was only matter of time beofre we got the freshened C63 AMG, and it´s just shown up testing in the U.S.!
The major change in store for the C63 will be a completely redisgned lower-fascia and bumper. While some details are still hidden, we can see a new shape for the smaller outlets on either end of the bumper.
While the updated 2011 C class sedan has been seen sporting new LED daytime running lights, it remains unclear if the AMG model will het them as well. You can also expect a new set of taillights, and some minor styling tweaks, at the rear once this hot-rod sedan debuts in final form.
I think that these are some fake spy pictures from a guy who has put some duck tape and cardboard on his C63 to make people look at his car. The facelift doesn't look like that, haha. Insider - Monday August 30 2010 5:04

what are u talking? frank - Monday August 30 2010 11:30
Hi Frank, I have worked on the C-Class facelift, so I can say that it doesn't look like that. The headlamps will be a major change as we choosed to adopt a different shape and use some LED like the new CLS. And in case you still wonder, the facelifted C63 AMG will have LED daytime running lights. The guy who took the pictures is just trying to make himself and his car interesting. Sorry for spoiling this post. Insider - Wednesday September 1 2010 19:06
This car was spotted in the US, right? So, where did he get the green emission badge on the windshield? This badge solely occurs in Germany.
In summary: A German driver put tape on a usual C63 AMG and went to Death Valley just to make it look like C63 prototype of the upcoming facelift? Erm, yah... DetroitSammy - Monday September 6 2010 1:07
Go buy a copy of the Auto Motor Und Sport of this week, then you would see what the real C-Class facelift looks like. Insider - Monday September 6 2010 12:20
