Spy photographers have managed to catch several new images of the 2012 Chevrolet Aveo sedan. While the company has already unveiled the hatchback at the Paris Motor Show, this is the first time we´ve seen the sedan since several images were leaked in February.
Overall, the car looks relatively attractive but we're still partial to the hatch and its nicer proportions. Under the hood, power will be provided by a variety of four-cylinder engines. Petrol options include a 1.2-litre with 70 hp to 86 hp, a 1.4-litre with 100 hp, and a 1.6- litre that cranks out 115 hp. On the other hand, diesel fans get a 1.3-litre rated at 75 hp and 95 hp. Transmission choices include five- and six-speed manuals as well as an optional six-speed automatic on the 1.4- and 1.6-litre petrol.
The car will be unveiled early next year, possibility at the North American International Auto Show, so stay tuned for continuing coverage.
